What We Collect Today

AE Command offers optional sign-in with a Google account so you can own and manage your fleet boards. When you sign in, we receive your email address, display name, and a stable account identifier from Google via our authentication provider. We use this only to identify your account and associate it with the boards and data you create.

Most tools run in your browser, and any data you choose to share (e.g., a Fleet Parser claim board) is stored only so that the shareable link works for others you send it to.

We may collect basic, non-identifying technical data automatically (such as standard web server/analytics logs — IP address, browser type, pages visited) to keep the Site running and understand usage.

Shared / Submitted Data

If a tool lets you generate a shareable link (e.g., a claim board), the data behind that link is stored so the link continues to work. Treat shareable links as accessible to anyone you send them to — don't include information you don't want seen by others with the link.

Browser Extension

If you install our browser extension, it may read data from Astro Empires pages you visit in order to power tools like the Fleet Parser. It does not access other websites and does not transmit your Astro Empires login credentials.

Future Changes to Account Features

If AE Command expands its account features (e.g., new saved preferences or additional login methods), this policy will be updated before that feature launches to describe what account data we collect, how it's stored, and your rights to access or delete it. We will not silently expand data collection without updating this page.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share data with third parties except service providers necessary to run the Site (e.g., hosting/infrastructure providers like Lovable Cloud), or if required by law.

Your Choices

You can sign out at any time to end your authenticated session. To request account deletion or removal of a shared board (or any other content you've submitted), contact us at support@ae-command.com.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Site evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date.
